So my rents finally decided to turn off the AC because it is sooo “cool outside”. What they failed to realize is that it is now cooler outside then it is in my house. I’m personally a low 70 degree type of person. last night it was 80. That is way too high for me. I figure it this way. If you are cold you can always throw on an extra shirt or something to help keep you warm, however if you are hot, their is only so much that you can take off. 😥
The engagement party was last night. It was fun and we all had a good time. Even scored some gifts, and Jess loves those candle sticks from mom. I can’t wait to crack open the book that nickshadows got for me. It looks intersting and should offer some good advice and guidence. I also can’t wait to read what everyone wrote in “The Book”. No its not the Bible, it is a book that my co-workers got me so that everyone could write their realtionship/marriage advice in it. I really want to see what people say, and some people have already written the same exact thing not knowing it was already in the book. Interesting though uh? I guess it must be important…. “NEVER GO TO BED MAD….”
POKER NIGHT is coming soon. So keep open a $10 bill and come enjoy some beer and good times. Time to start up a guy night or something so that we can get away from all the crap that goes on during the week. More details to follow later. Let me know if you are up for the game.
Work this week has really really really sucked, Lots of problems or more so over, 1 BIG problem. We got it resolved without even knowing what caused it and therefore we have no way to protect from it in the future which is really annoying. We need to start doing some root cause analysis and not let things just sit on the back burner forever until they happen again. THen we dust them off from the shelve and find a “fix” and put them back up their.
I’m heading out to lunch soon with Jessica’s grandparents(her dad’s side). It should be fun. Then we are heading back to my house for more school work, and the game. Come on skins, 0-2 can change today. Your going up against the worst team the in the leauge. Don’t make us 0-3.
