Same Bat Time Same Bat Channel

So here we are again. Its that point in the day at work when things are winding down, and I find myself trying to find things to do until the day ends. Gotta love the slower pace of things huh? At least at NAI I could end up with some phone calls, I don’t even get that here… Its just a constent waiting game.

So I’ve got a BIG announcement for all of my good old friends. Ready????? Huh huh huh huh huh? Jess and I finally got a home phone. I havn’t confirmed the phone number with verizon until I get home tonight and actually see the phone ring. We all know how much I hate posting phone numbers online so I won’t be posting in anywhere in my blog. If you want it, give me a ring or a text message or something and I’ll give it to you.

The Security system gets installed on Monday. YAY for a security system. So no more trying to break into my house in the middle of the night or the cops will show up… At least that is the plan, I don’t plan on testing the system to see how long the cops take so I hope I never know. The good news about this is I will save a bunch of money on my home owners insurance. YAY!.

Wedding is coming up in 1month from today. Ohhhh, Ahhhh, that should be fun. The tickets for the honeymoon have arrived and now its just a matter of me and jess heading to the travel agent to pick up the tickets and stuff. In case your wondering, shadow is staying with Jessica’s grandmother who might be staying at our house, but might not… I don’t know, but what I do know, is that shadow will be safe and happy, and probably his usual, on crack self. (Man that dog is too hyper).

So with this new shift I was thinking of hitting up a walk with the dog in the morning every morning to help him have less energy throughout the day and also help me start my day earlier so that I can get more stuff during the day. (I have alot of PS2 games that I need to play… LOL). So far at day 1 it didn’t happen. I’ll try again tomorrow and we’ll see how it all plays out.

Mel’s birthday is a whole 10 days away. YAY Mels birthday. I believe she is turning 24…. I don’t know what I’m going to get her, but I’m already getting texts from her asking what my parents gave me this year so she can expect the same. What ever happened to surprise man?

I guess that is all for now. My blog views are up to 19 this week.. Ohhh Ahhh… for a total of 220. I guess that means I”m posting more now that I have more time to goof off at work… Fun stuff.

The Never-Ending House Story

Well the house still isn’t done. WE have found more problems and more hidden shit all fucked up. I knew it was too good to be true. Man if I was paying for this, I would have gotten such a shitty deal. luckily though, Jess’s dad knows a bunch of people and is calling in favors. I feel shitty though cause I don’t want him to waste all of his favors and now he has his friends calling in favors…

I just wish this was truly a good place without needing all this shimming and leveling and shit. Dam these old places. However on a side note, the place is wicked cool and fucking rocking. I do love the place, just not all the money and shit I have to pour into it.

House Stuff

So the house is coming along. Just working and working. Jess’s dad installed the toliot upstairs yesterday evening. Now we just need to buy a new vanity because our previous one was too small, replace the lighting fixture, do some fix up on the paint, and BOOM the upstairs bathroom is done. Then it will be time to move onto the master bathroom. I’m not sure what the problems are in that one though.

Nickshadows appears to be fully moved in. It is going to be cool yet crazy at the same time with him there. I guess I better get some sort of internet hooked up. But before I do that, I need to get all the shit in the living room sorted out so comcast actually has some room to plug shit in and test. You can’t test anything without shit there.

I’m not sure when I’ll be moving in. I still have lots to do for me to be able to live there. I mean the place needs to be 90% livable in the main areas. Nick has the basement with is like 100% liveable but I kinda get the rest of the place ya know.

Closing has been set

So closing has been set at monday. YAY. Finally gonna get the house and stuff all squared away. Its the fun part after wards of paying the mortgage and still manging to survive.

School should be over soon. I just gotta get through this next three weeks and be done with it. I am anxious about history because if I don’t get a 175/250 on the exam I will fail the class regardless of my other class work. Not to mention that the exam is not multiple choice, it is all essay. All fucking essay exam on an exam I need to pass. This is going to be tough. I don’t think I’ll have as much luck as I did last time on the mid-term. On the mid-term it seemed that the exact stuff I studied was on it. However I don’t think that will be the case this time. I’m just really worried.

Telecommunications I’m not to worried about, once i get my chapter reviews done and sent off I’m sure I’ll be fine. I’m only 3 exams behind. But I should be able to take them all at once. This is all stuff I have been doing for like 5 years now. It can’t be that hard unless they get into the nitty gritty picky bulll shit. Which hopfully they won’t

Speech is the class that has forced progression throughout the year so I’m pretty much caught up and everything. It should be interesting though. I gotta do my speech and I’m not sure what to do it on as of yet. Ideas are always welcome.

So like wow, its been awhile and here we almost holloween and I’m posting… YAY!

and I are looking at getting a house. More importantly before we get a house, we need to get financing. So it was found out that we either make too much to qualify for assistance programs, or too little to actually get a house. So we decided on roghing it on our own. I head over to Lending Tree: “When banks compete YOU WIN”. and I’m waiting to see what they can get me approved for. I’m just looking for a simple 3 BR 2.5 BA with lots of room, updated appliances, a huge master suit, driveway, and perfect location for work… LOL. I know I probably won’t find anything like that, so I’ll just have to settle for some fixer uper until a couple years down the road when I can sell that place and gain some equity to buy some nice old 3 bagazillion dollar home… Good old mr
